company wide training packages
- Without a full time dedicated trainer, it can be hard to provide comprehensive training to all members of staff ensuring that they have full understanding of company policies, best practice for their particular role, relevant statutory laws etc
- I can in consultation with directors develop a corporate training manual and deliver it on new personnel induction days, or to existing staff to ensure that they are still "on message"
- With managers I can create specific department training procedures which can be delivered to ensure maximum benefit for staff and company
